The staff was very nice. Zineb zaid from guest relations was very helpful. she ensured my stay was pleasant and catered to my needs. i found the gym and spa facilities great. the breakfast bar offered a wide array of breads and savory options.
i was a bit disappointed that the heated swimming pool was inaccessible . it was closed for maintenance, and i didn't have access to it. this was particularly upsetting.

I booked this hotel with the metro proximity in mind and it was indeed a great feature! The T1 line is about a 5-minute walk and it connects you to the city walls plus main tourist areas. The room was well equipped, clean, and the beds were comfy, really all I needed after a busy day. I also really appreciated freshly cooked eggs to order during breakfast.
The pool required purchasing a swim cap for entry. I think bonnets should already be available in the bathroom.

The hotel offers a gym with multiple machines and free weights. I could maintain my workout routine while traveling. There is also a spa offering massages and treatments. I enjoyed the sauna after a long day. The hotel also features an indoor pool. It looked well kept.

Breakfast was good. i enjoyed the variety of cheeses, olives, vegetables, turkish food, sweets, cakes, and fresh fruits. the wi-fi worked really well. I had free secure parking. And the beds were comfy. i really appreciated how quiet this location was!
I noticed a lack of toothbrushes. Tissues. And bath robes in the room! this detail definitely detracted from the expected experience.

the location presented a significant issue the hotel is situated quite far from the city center requiring considerable travel time and expense also my room faced a cemetery i found this view unsettling and it detracted from the overall ambiance i expected a more appealing outlook from a hotel of this caliber.
